Joe Mahone ist ein New Yorker Schlagzeuger, der in Blues, Rock, Funk und Soul bestens versiert ist.
Er spielte auf renommierten Bühnen wie BB King in New York City, Casa Bar in Zürich, House Of Blues und Jazz, Oriental Art Center, dem JZ -Club in Shanghai und Brown Sugar in Taipei. Während seiner Karriere on Tour teilte Joe Mahone die Bühne mit Soul - Legenden wie Sly And The Family Stone, The Average White
Band und Chaka Khan.
Als James Brown Weihnachten im Jahr 2006 verstarb , wurde Joe Mahone gebeten, zusammen mit der New York Soul-Legende „Carton J.Smith and te Mighty Magnificents“ , deren Drummer und solider „backbeat“ er war, in BBKing für die Silvester-Show des "The Godfather Of Soul " James Brown einzuspringen. Eine echte Ehre in der Tat!
Während seiner Zeit in Shanghai, war Joe Mahone eines der Gründungsmitglieder der Progressive-Rock-Band „The 88’s“ und ein Mitglied der „Shanghai Funk Incorporated“. Beide Bands waren sehr gut bekannt und in ganz China on Tour.
Joe Mahone hat langjährige Spiel-Erfahrung Live und im Studio und ist auch ein Mentor und Lehrer für junge Musiker. Sein musikalischer Hintergrund kommt aus den Wurzeln der amerikanischen Musik die er in seinem Unterricht klar und eindrücklich zu vermitteln vermag.
Joe Mahones musikalische Einfüsse sind so vielfältig wie seine Vorlieben in der Musik. Schlagzeugern wie Clyde Stubblefeld, John "Jabo" Starks, Melvin Parker (James Brown), Ramon "Tiki" Fulwood , Jerome Brailey (P-Funk), John Bonham (Led Zeppelin) verdankt er sein charakteristisches spiel, wobei Drummer wie Chad Smith (Red Hot Chili Peppers), Brad Wilk ( Rage Against The Machine) , Mat Cameron (Soundgarden) und Steve Jordan (John Mayer) zu seinen Favoriten gehören.

Terrific drumming and guitarmanship highlight this international power trio whose "You gotta give a damn" delivers an avalanche of straightforward rockisms at a relentless pace. Though singer Pheel Duarte's English is slightly accented, he takes command mid-song and drives it home. The instrumental "Pride" showcases dexterity and beautiful tone, and it promises majesty - even some harpsichord - but ultimately stranded us. The band truly shines on the ambitious "Get me through", prig rock at its finest.

If "Metallica and System of a down had a child" - this awesome band would be it - production and guitar work and composition is this bands secret weapon - their final blow is the melody and catchy numbers / the crescendos and tempo changes may i dare say are similar to Gogol Bordello and in some weird world- guitar work is similar to Queen/Muse - vocals are exactly as these should be- Infinite- definitely ..
